PAL Monday Madness

I was informed of this the past days so I look forward to today to see what they got to offer.  And yes, indeed the prices are very very low compared to regular air fare.  One thing though, it is not a Monday Madness that travel for the current week or at least next week, but it is applicable for early booking flights and the "sale" price is good for one way only, not for both ways.  It is really catchy for those who are always on the lookout for cheap fares.  For those who are frequent flyers, they are still able to save some hundred or pesos.  This madness is not only for domestic flights but also applicable for some international flights.

For those who want to avail of this madness today, here are their terms and conditions for this promotion:

Terms and Conditions for Monday Madness Choice Destinations at Super Low Prices:

  • Travel period for Domestic flights is from August 1 – October 31, 2013. For Kuala Lumpur, travel period is from September 16 to October 23, 2013. For Bangkok, travel period is from September 1 to 30, 2013. Travel period for Manila to Honolulu is from September 1 to October 31, 2013. For Honolulu to Manila, travel period is from July 25 to October 9, 2013. Maximum stay of 8 days for Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok and 2 months for Honolulu



  • Fares for travel between Manila and Honolulu include fare, USD 58.90 U.S Government taxes, Philippine Travel Tax for Philippine Passport holders, fuel surcharge and fees including the September 11th Security Fee but exclusive of Ticketing Service Charge. For all other routes fares are exclusive of fuel surcharge (ranging from Php 250 to 450 per way + 12% VAT for Domestic and USD 93 to 150 for International), Ticketing Service Fee, Terminal Fee (Php 550 for International from Manila and Php 200 for Domestic routes from Manila and Cebu), Aviation Security Fee (Php 15), Philippine Travel Tax for Philippine Passport holders and other applicable government taxes for International destinations. Fare is inclusive of 7kg hand-carry baggage and 10kg Free Baggage Allowance for Domestic, 2pcs at 32kg each FBA for Honolulu and 20kg FBA for other International routes.



  • Philippine Airlines International Economy class tickets are non-rebookable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. For Domestic Economy class, tickets are non-refundable, non-rebookable on same booking class, upgradable to higher booking class from KPR fare at Php800 fee per sector + 12% VAT.



  • PAL EXPRESS tickets are non-rebookable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Book and Buy rule applies. No Show policies will apply as approved by the CAB. Other travel conditions apply. Promo has limited seats.



  • Available seats for International Economy promo from/to Manila: Manila to Kuala Lumpur 1,050; Bangkok 3,680; Manila to Honolulu 260, Honolulu to Manila 330
